**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct physical examinations and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Maintain accurate patient medical records using electronic health record systems
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, infusion therapy, and catheter care
